Fits ok, but doesn't work with anything that has a handguard. If you have a Ryker Rally, for example, you'd have to take off the handguard.

I never thought I would need cruise control on my motorcycle, but once you use it, it is a great comfort for your wrist on long rides. the problem is that I have another older bike that didn't come with factory cruise control.This is a cheap and affordable solution. It replaces the bar-end weight on your throttle side, and you can manually engage it and release it with a quick twist of your wrist.It works by you twisting a nut that buts up against your throttle and keeps it from rotating back.My only complaint is that this one is fairly large, bigger than my throttle handle and looks odd on my bike. If you have a motorcycle with thicker grips/throttle this would look better. The alternative and expensive name brand version is much smaller and looks better. But both work.

This product shows excellent workmanship, both in the machining and coating of parts. There are no chips, blemishes or burrs to be found anywhere and the kit includes parts for multiple mounting styles, allowing for a very nice fit. The clean workmanship makes the throttle lock spin very nicely while handling the throttle grip. Overall, a nice value.

Does not fit 03 zx6. Provided screw is too long, and there's no modification to make it fit properly and function as intended.

Well built throttle lock will give your wrist a break. I have these on two different bikes and for the price I am very pleased. The knob is a solid piece of aluminum with a beautiful blue anodized color. It is properly set up so that it tightens when turned counter clockwise. Just pre adjust it to be snug to the end of your grip, wrap your pinky around the blue wheel when twisting the throttle to lock and do the same to decelerate. It is never too tight to overcome in a panic situation.Install tip: I installed these on bikes that have a threaded hole for a bar end weight. The longer screw the came with these was perfect. If using them this way you may need to grind off the two points that lock into the expansion tube.

Make sure your grips are compatible before getting these. Luckily my aftermarket grips were compatible but looking at my stock grips I wouldn't have been able to use this.Fits snug without play, just don't over torque it or else it might slip or break.Functions as cruise control locked in but takes some getting used to engage. Would recommend some low traffic hwys before relying on busy hwys.I think the cramp buster is a cheaper & easier way to engage and sustain cruise control verse this product but for longer more scenic road trips I could see this being a benefit.Build quality is solid, just the finish could use more work.

Very heavy duty metal construction. Nicely finished with smooth edges. Very complete installation instructions along with the tools you need to do it. Wish I would have had this for some of my other motorcycles I had in the past. Great value for the price.
