This fits perfectly between the seats with the use of the rolebar. I have a rear window and it just took a little loosening to get this mounted. It is very rigid and doesn't breakdown so I feel the items inside will be very protected. It was a great purchase and worth the money.

Awesome storage bag that zips and will protect items while we are out riding easy to install and also it cleans up very easily fits as it should and has a good value bag

This will not fit as designed if you have a rear windshield. The upper mount point is the horizontal roll bar where you would attach the safety harnesses. I ended up drilling holes in the back of the bag and creating holes in the rear wall and using 1/4-20 nut clips to fasten it. It works, but it's a little tight between the seats since it's lower than designed. I haven't used it much yet, so hopefully the zipper doesn't blow apart or anything.
