About this item

  • cUPC NSF Certified: KES reverse osmosis faucet meets U.S. and Canada high-quality standard (Uniform Plumbing Code), certified by IAPMO. The faucet body is made from premium grade no-lead stainless steel (with less than 0.25% lead content), complied with NSF/AB1953 lead-free regulation, and is safe for drinking water. It is more resistant to high heat and pressure, and more sturdy and hardwearing than zinc alloy faucets so it can last many years without leaking.
  • Perfect for Thick Countertops: This newly upgraded faucet has a longer threaded stem and a larger base. The 4.2” long threaded stem fits countertops that are up to 2.9” thick. The 2.1” base is suitable for kitchen sink faucet holes that are 0.4” to 1.9” in diameter.
  • Elegant 360° Swivel Spout: The swivel spout allows you to easily bring water to any area of the sink and turn the spout to the side when not in use.
  • Ceramic Disc Cartridge: KES uses a high-quality ceramic disc cartridge (made to exceed 500,000 open/close cycles) to guarantee drip-free performance for the life of the faucet. The flow rate of this faucet is compliant with California water efficiency regulations and you can rest assured to use it.
  • Easy Installation: Everything you need for installation is included: the faucet body, 1/4" & 3/8" quick connectors and deck-mounting hardware. You can install the faucet right away after receiving the package.

I've used this for about 3 weeks. Connections weren't an issue and it was straightforward for install. You'll probably need a 3/8" compression Tee to connect it to the water supply, just don't overtighten the connection at the bottom of the faucet! I had some issue with getting the nut that secures the faucet to the sink, tight. Under the sink was cramped and getting the wrench on the nut was not fun, but once tight all was good. The design looks like the main faucet. Solid action with the lever. It produced a few drops of water from the end, but that stopped after several uses. All metal design makes it worth the cost. 4 stars because other vendors supply a tool to tighten the nut on the bottom and this one doesn't.

Buying this replacement faucet was all about warranty. I looked for a brand that offered support and more than 30 days warranty - 3 years in this case. Installing a replacement due to buying cheap - not worth it.installation is straightforward. The box contains a well illustrated installation quide with Do's and Dont's. Just from the insert, it appears KES cares about the product and your experience - Well documented 'how to contact us' options. The water stream from the faucet seems steady and well developed. Was able to fill a 1 gallon water picture in about 3 minutes. (obviously depends on water pressure). This faucet also has a "filter" in the on/off value. I did not need it in my case as connected to an under sink Ceramic filter system.Good design and appealing cosmetic appearance.

This is an EXCELLENT tap for our plumbed-in water filter....the original, a similar item just 4 years old, started to leak...well that's OK, just swap a washer or maybe even the cartridge, but no...it did not disassemble, was unserviceable and the whole unit had to be thrown away. The original supplier quoted £80 for a similar unserviceable replacement and told me "they are al like that nowadays". But this came next day from Amazon, elegant, very well made with all necessary fittings and tools, is entirely able to be serviced if and when it ever needs it, looks nice and I fitted it in minutes. I will not be using the original suppliers again.

Best little faucet around for the price. Better and more sturdy than the one that came with Watts RO system. Also it looks great!

I had a plumber install this with the water system- they looked at it and decided certain valves were not going to cut it with the water but used the parts anyway. With in two hours I had puddles of water seeping from under the kitchen island and dripped from the valve to the basement - probably 3 buckets full of water on the basement floor. I had the plumber come back to see what the problem was and it was a tiny gadget that came with the faucet- and leaked water to the back of my island , under the island which seeped through the island to the floor. We are certain our island has water damage as well as our floors. We drilled a hole in the cabinet under the microwave ( a knee level microwave)- to see under the island and to do a dry vac underneath. My plumber is prepared to take out an insurance claim to repair all- The way they fixed was to use their own AMERICAN MADE valve and it immediately fixed the leak. All I can say is thank goodness I was home and not home for the day- thank goodness the plumber came back because I would have had no clue what or how to fix if I installed by myself! We got most of it dried on the outside - again we drilled holes in the ceiling of the basement to see under the island, we drilled under the microwave to see damage - we pulled out the dishwasher to see water damage under our island because of one cheap part! Total nightmare . Advice: get the faucet but get the valve on your own and Get a professional to help instal before you have thousands of dollars in water damage - Bc you saved a few bucks on a nice modern faucet.Pictures show: the trouble maker gadget, the faucet, the counter edge splitting from water damage and leak seeping out from bottom of island.I gave one star obviously.- and only Bc it’s cute on the outside .

Used to replace an existing broken tap, I had to elongate the existing drilled hole because the base of the KES tap was considerably larger than the base ot the original; more clearance between the KES tap base and the sink rim was needed. The new tap stem, now a 'sloppy' fit in the elongated hole, needed some packing and careful tightening, otherwise the tap would turn when operating the tap lever. The small drum of pfe tape was a thoughtful addition, but there were no instructions for its use for a novice. Likewise, the need for an (included) Allen key would forever remain a mystery. (This is supplied to release the tap barrel, having first unscrewed the tap operating lever to gain access). The J.G. adapters (supplied), avoid having to source this part separately and so there is everything in the kit to enable the installation to proceed without delay.A robust, attractive and functional product at a mid-range price.

Purchased to replace an older plastic faucet included in a 3-stage filter kit. (I don't know who thought plastic threads were a good idea.) It was a bit of a challenge finding one that wasn't chrome, or faux bronze, or with a baroque looking tap handle. This perfectly matches a matte black faucet from IKEA.Build quality is excellent—the spout and tap handle pivot smoothly, and I didn't have any initial leakage. Not much else to report, it's just a faucet. The tubing adapters were much appreciated, saving another trip to the hardware store. It's taken a few hits from pots and pans and the paint is still holding up.I suspect a lot of other similar models are from the same manufacturer with different branding, and quite a bit more markup.

Looks good and appears to be build well. I have water softener and an OMNI filter, so the water is fairly clean once it gets into this faucet, but it is used heavily for all drinking and cooking needs. Original faucet survived about 3 years. Will see how long this one will serve. Installation was easy because the same type of connection and long mounting stem, but very hard to get to behind deep farm style sink under countertop, especially if you have large garbage disposal installed on the same side - you may need help tools to reach to unscrew old one and screw in the new one. If you have granite, marble or concrete countertop - make sure you measure and check supported countertop thickness.

The installation is not difficult. My counter is thick, and this faucet is long enough. The main problem is that there is very slowly leaking from the first day it was installed. As some other had reviewed, a water drop can be seen at the open end of the faucet. I don't like it, because I never see this on my original faucet of the iSpring water filter. I had planned to return it. I bought another brand faucet, but still saw similar slowly leaking. So, I give up the return. Anyway, the leaking is slow. As long as it doesn't leak faster, it is acceptable. You get what you paid for.
