I have an old archery target with the plastic sack type covering that was nearly worn out. I had thought I would have to replace the whole thing until I got these replaceable cardboard targets. Now I can still use the old target as a base, and attach these paper targets over the face and practice until it is shredded, then throw it in the recycling and grab a new one. I like how these cover the whole target. I do wish they were color targets, as seeing and hitting the bullseye at a distance is difficult even in full light. I have used colored tape to mark the bullseye so I can see it more clearly at 25 or 30 yards.

First off, there's actually 27 targets in total with this product (25 in the box and then there's one on each side of the box as well that can be used). I wasn't expecting these to come with the profile of a deer head on the upper right corner...That's not a problem for me, but my wife, who only wants to shoot at basic targets, won't use them 🤷. For a cardboard target it's pretty nice and does the job.The size is good and there's a clearly visible target in the center bottom. There's also the second target in the upper right, which is serving as a representative head shot on the deer. In the upper left there's lines for info and a point table. These were banded together in the box with a plastic strap and they were strapped so tightly that it actually tore through a few of the targets, which is a little disappointing. For being only thin cardboard I feel they're a little on the pricey side too. I personally feel these would be better marketed between $25 and $30.In conclusion these are alright for the most part. I wish I'd known these had the profile of a deer before I'd gotten these since these are as much for my wife as they are for myself. The deer profile might be a bonus for some people though, so at least you'll have the information now.

I just recently purchased a longbow; I have not shot an arrow since 1976. I have always wanted to get a bow, but life happened, and the bow did not. We have an average sized back yard, so I went out to the local feed store and picked three bales of hay and stacked them up. I set a couple of "chicken wire" fence posts behind the bales and wire tied the bales to the posts. I now have the perfect back stop for my arrows. To hold the targets in place I use the skinny wire "tent stakes" they are worthless for tents but work great for these targets. Push the stakes in through the target at a diagonal on the corners, this will keep the target from pulling off the hay bale when removing the arrow. I have marked out 20',25' and 30' so I can make sure I don't overshoot the bales and at least hit the target. These targets are the perfect size for these distances. I like the two sizes because it gives the effect that you are shooting at a longer distance. Once I get better, I will step up and go to one of the local Archery ranges for longer shots, just to see how I improve. I had forgotten how fun archery was, I am surprised how much I like all the new attachments that are offered for sighting. It is taking me some time to get comfortable with the sights, but I am glad that I added them. I opted for a bow that I can change the draw tension on, this helps with my old arms and not driving the arrows through the bales. I can't wait for my grandchildren to get a little older so we can spend some quality time together, OUTDOORS.

Product arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. This product is a case of card board targets used to practice bow and arrow about the size of a target area on a deer. The case contains 25 targets which is plenty for me to prepare for one hunting season. Overall they are about 14 x 20 and contain a picture of a deer with a target area that I would want to aim at. The have a round target area that is a little over 10 inches from top to bottom and contain numbers for scoring purposes. The card board is relatively firm enough to use for a target. They come in a card board box so that they can be stored in until ready for use. Also contain a scoring area for future reference since we should be getting better with practice as time passes sin preparation for the season.

These targets are larger than I thought. I'm sure they will work well with my Grandson's Archery Set.

13"x16" in on the small side for an archery target. The corrugate and print quality are fine and overall they work ok, especially for kids within 10yds.I guess my biggest gripes about this are the size and location of the target rings. Most target bullseyes are generally in the center of the area (with extras in the corners)....this one is settled against the bottom and the top right. It's obvious that this was designed by someone in China who doesn't practice archery, has never shot at a regulation target, and has never hunted. Wonder why I know that??? Because in over 20+ years shooting archery, I have never seen an archery target that has you practice a head shot... that is completely unethical.

Although advertised for archery, these have proven to be great rifle shooting targets also. They are made from a nice sturdy and thick cardboard stock. So repairing these targets - for extended use - is easy to do, target pasters. The contrast, while not as good as white on (insert x color here) whatever contrasting color, they are still easy to pick up through a scope, at distance. The dividing rings are spaced at 1-inch intervals, yielding easy measurements or MOA conversions. Since these simulate the vital area of large game, I tend to like to use my hunting rifle(s) with these. If I were using these for archery, I'd give them five stars. Only knocking off a star here as they're a bit expensive for normal shooting targets.
