not good quality. of the two i got, only one will rotate. tried to fix, but ended up just tossing it. i do not recommend these.

A wonderful idea to replace multiple oscillating sprinklers, several hoses an “Y” connectors. These are inexpensively made as is evidenced by having to “adjust” the bent parts and a stripped distance adjusting screw from shipping ( I assume it was shipping but may have been bent or stripped at the factory) to allow them to function. One head would not return after reaching the end of one cycle. It turned out to be the easily deformed brass mechanism that strikes the arc adjustments on the main shaft. Once adjusted, after extensive experimentation, they worked very well and have been watering our lawn every day since they arrived. I particularly like the distance adjustment to change the range from very close to almost 70’ with moderate water pressure fed from a 5/8” hose. We placed them in the corner of each yard, front and rear, controlled them with a multi zone timer and it has revived our lawn after being scorched by this summer’s heat and a bout of spot fungus.

I'd give it 5 stars, if the instructions included were actually for my sprinkler. I had to experiment to figure it out.But the tripod is the key to broadcasting water over a large area. And both the tripod and sprinkler seem first rate.Again, instructions had pictures, and were pretty good. But my sprinkler wasn't the one in the picture. Perhaps someday, every manager in the World will understand the Wisdom of W. Edwards Deming.

I purchased 2 of the Keten Impact Sprinklers on Tripod Base to use in a large area of my yard. The first week of using/purchasing these, one of the sprinklers stopped rotating. I put WD40 on the head of the sprinkler and have not had any problems with the rotation of the sprinkler since. Not sure why WD40 was the answer to solving the rotation problem since the sprinkler was purchased brand new but it solved my problem and I did not send the sprinklers back.I seriously needed sprinklers that would cover a large area of land and really really needed these sprinklers to work for me due to the drought conditions in Texas. Hope this comment helps anyone that has problems with this type of sprinkler to try WD40 before sending the item back to the seller.

I have not used the product yet but I purchased them to put on the roof of my house. My roof is flat with a gentle peak. I purchased for fire season which is every summer in the Okanagan.
