Had my doubts but was pleasantly surprised that it held my broken key pieces together. The key works like a charm now. One tip though…if your car won’t start just push the key into the ignition a little more. Only happened once but once I pushed the key in a little more and cranked right up. Saved us $300. Definitely recommend!

I've been adding some little touches to my 2014 Honda Civic, one of the things I wanted to do is get a key cover that matches my interior. I found this and thought at first it was going to be a rubbery piece that you just pulls over the key, to my surprise it was more heavy duty. This key cover is hard plastic, clicks easily in place so it doesn't come off, but it is easy to remove if needed . Super cute great quality delivered extremely fast. Now on the lookout for one that is the same quality for my Ford.

I have gone through two broken key fobs, this has solved both, wish I found it sooner. holds the two halves of the key fob together and would have definitely kept them from splitting in the first place. it does nearly double the thickness of the key fob so it stands out in the pocket more, the belt loop clip solves that problem for the most part.
