Not sure why but the battery worked fine for 2 moths. But it started to died off after that. I dont know why.

Perfect fit for my Subaru Forester and came with instructions I needed to change out the old battery. Would definitely order from them again when needed.

These uuam key fob replacement batteries work well. We needed to change the battery in our Subaru, and these did the trick. In a sense, that's the bottom line; this is a product that works well. The webpage ad surprised me in suggesting that people set service appointments to get a new key fob battery; it never would have occurred to me that you wouldn't just do it yourself. If you can't do this, good luck with all your other battery powered devices, I guess.The other dimension is whether you actually need specific pry tools to open the case. I've never needed them in the past, but then, I have small screwdrivers and such that lend themselves to this job, if you need them at all. If someone doesn't have such items, then I'd definitely recommend they have the tools from this product on hand. They work well, but you probably have to label them and keep them in a place where you'll remember what--and where--they are. Not a problem if you're halfway organized. Again, good luck with that for people who aren't.Finally, while this is a very good item, you have to consider whether getting a set of two coin batteries and some small pry tools is worth about thirteen bucks. You can get good quality, name brand CR2032 multipacks for half that, which is usually what we do for when the occasions arise. I think the person who wants the whole package of small tools and dedicated batteries would benefit from this product, though. I'd recommend it for people who like having the go-to item readily available for when it's time to change the car fob battery. Good product.

This set contains everything you need to replace CR2032 batteries in a key fob.No issues with what is provided it works just fine.2 x CR2032 batteries should cost $4, so bear in mind, you are paying 3x to get a plastic pry tool and two small plastic screwdrivers. If that works for you.... rock on!4 Stars
