This lock box is very easy to use. It is made of quality material and the price is good. If you're in need of a lock box, purchase this one. The seller has excellent customer service. Silly me thought there was an issue with the lock box and was prepared to return it. It was my error and cancelled the return. Rudy reached out with a very kind and gracious message where he asked what the issue was and what he could do to make it right. We bought this to hook on the back porch to put an extra key in. Yep, we kept locking ourselves out. The key space is huge and we now have our garage keys, lawn mower key, car keys and my mom’s spare. We have less keys to keep have to put on our keys chains and can easily retrieve a key when need. We do not have to come in and get the garage keys when we ate already dirty from working outside. Mom locked herself out and was able to walk over here and get her spsre (lives one block away). This works for us! I am sure others could use this also. If you do not want to give someone a key they can get it out, use the key and put it back. You can CHANGE the lock codeanytime.

I have experience with many varieties of these. Very sturdy, and solid. Easy to understand how to set the lock code, and how to put it together and attach to fence. Will definitely consider purchasing again if needed!
