My stand came missing the knob to secure the stand in place. Also I can’t figure out how to use the locking straps . The video doesn’t mention them and Rufus (amazons AI) didn’t help. It seems like it would be sturdy enough - if it had the knob to secure it in place.

The product is a good product but sometime during the delivery, the product got damaged a little but I was able to fix it.I also had a problem with the adjustment knob, it popped right off. It does the job for the price.

Well built, sturdy keyboard stand. Upon opening it, the adjustment knob came off in my hand. We were able to fix it, but it was not a good first impression. Some of the welds had sharp edges that needed to be filed down.Many height adjustments that make this a good stand for a variety of users.

Comes assembled and ready to go. Easy to adjust for height. It is a little stiff to begin with. I thought it was stuck, but I pulled harder and it slid into its first setting. You just pull out the adjustment knob to clear the pin so you can shift it to the next setting. Should be good to go to serve as the keyboard station in the band room.

It's very sturdy, and the point of difference from the previous stand I had enough of is that it opens right up for use without having to think about making a special trip to the hardware shop for accessories. The height is perfect, adjustable and doesn't take up much room. I like it very much and I think I will recommend it to my friends!
