Bought this on July , 2021... used it very lightly, couple of days a week, my off days, now its blowing hot air, refrigerant gone, wish they made these easy to service., nope... stay way, run

It works great with no issues, but it's instructions are confusing and itcame with many dents and a part missing. Thankfully we had brackets and a board to replace them!

This unit was installed and functioning within 15 minutes of delivery. It is really helping with the cooling down of the whole house, even in the Texas heat.

I bought a 8000 BTU which proofs to be enough to cool my whole 2 BD appartment with outdoor temps over 90°F, since I don't like it too cold. My apartment feels very comfortably cool. The air Conditioner was easy to install and the remote control is easy to handle. So far, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I like the thermostat control with digital display. I like it cools my mobile home to the temperature I set it at and don't have to be there to turn it off/on. This is USA built and it works wonderfully. Fast delivery too. I am not sure how energy efficient it is, since it is 10k btu, but because I can set it and forget it helps with the electric bill. It is not any noisier than other window ACs, plus the remote is handy. If I misplace the remote, I can still completely control the unit's features.

while it would be good for other rooms . the way it functions makes it hard to sleep ... First off it’s more noisy then some .. But the worst part is you can not bypass the energy saver function.. This kicks on the fan every few minutes to move air around . it does this even if temperature is ok . it has a sleep mode however it’s only programmed for 6 hours and increase the temp , then after 6 hour go to the lowest setting in mode it was programmed for and the fan keeps coming on for energy saver ...so you have to start low and the fan still come on when it’s not needed.. We have an ceiling fan to move air and it’s quite . Far better is a air conditioner that you can program with a 3 degree variable like on at 75 one off 73 or whatever no fan in between maybe get some sleep ... Wish i’d have bought on locally I’d return the thing ! Not happy !

The remote control is very convenient and easy to operate. Still waiting for my first electric bill to see the difference. I'm impressed with the cooling efficiency...nice!
