Easy to assemble with notched edges that fit together nicely. Just put the screws in the pre-drilled holes and you’re done. Very solid when using it for a leg workout or step up.

The box is fine but the packaging is totally insufficient. The first box arrived with broken parts inside, the replacement box was so torn up the assembly screws fell out. This is a heavy item with many sharp corners. It is destroying the cardboard box it is in. There is no padding. It needs to be padded and in a sturdier box. I gave it one start for assembly because I need to go to the store and buy screws.

Product was very easy to assemble. I did use wood glue on the joints to insure a very secure fit. I am 300 pounds and have not felt safe jumping on this product. It is a bit uneven on one side sitting on concrete, not sure if it was my error on assembling but it isn't enough to effect the use.

This thing is way better than the price would suggest. The gym I go to has a couple of Rogue fitness Poly Boxes that are about equal in quality, but the price is almost double for the Rogues. I was very pleasantly surprised. Like anything these days it came flat packed. All you have to do, in theory is screw it together with the provided screws. The screws suck, and are too short and fine threaded to properly hold and counter sink. A little annoying, but all I had to do was get some 2in #8 Spax self-tapping construction screws for a few bucks at Home Depot, and no problem. I also chose to use wood glue because it adds a lot additional strength to the joints. I think these could literally last a lifetime.

It’s a square wood box, that will support your weight. The fit and finish are excellent and make it worthwhile for even someone capable of building this themselves to buy. A countersink drill used for the pre drilled screw holes would have made it a 5.

Needed a 24 inch heavy duty table to put a freeze dryer on. It weights 240 pds.This box is rated at 450 pds.I got some wheels at Harbor Freight for 24 bucks and it is working perfectly.

This shipped and arrived timely. I'm impressed with the quality of wood and the types of joints used to hold this together. It's super sturdy...stable when im jumping up and down on it. I opted to use wood glue when assembling and gave it a quick spray coating of Varathane to protect it.
