the product arrived with a chip on the wood. the wood itself is very flimsy and will not be able to handle the rigors of restaurant life. as well, under the wood there is limited room to put pieces of dry ice. if you are purchasing this product to present food with dry ice below it, multiple times daily, this is not the product for you.

It's not a bad plate. The plate itself seems durable enough. The wooden board has bigger gaps in between them than shown in the picture. As you can see with my photo compared to their photos. It's not terrible though and I'll just have to be mindful of the gaps when using this plate.
