Great customer service as we ordered this for our company break room, they set up inside delivery to our office suite on the 7th floor. Table is great sturdy. and well built.

Ok for kids use but not for adults. Fairly lightweight table and has small grips. Some of the mfd pieces were warped. Wouldn't say this is a high quality table at all. I guess I got what I paid for.

This is a great value. The table is perfect for us, we have 4 kids that have been known to be a little hard on things... this table is sturdy and with the lifetime warranty you can’t go wrong!! I had to use the customer service for some help on some damage from shipping and they were amazing, honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Ordered this at Christmas. Assembly very straight forward although some items are mislabeled versus the instruction booklet. No big deal. Once we got it all together turns out we were missing hardware/screws for securing the handles to the rods. Contacted the KICK team directly who immediately shipped the proper screws. When we got the screws they did not fit on the rods so, the KICK team ended up sending all new replacement rods which solved the problem. The KICK team is very accessible and provides great customer service. The table is solid, looks great and has gotten lots of play time. Very happy with the purchase.

Really a very cheaply made table with the wrong dimensions. The table does not weigh close to what it claims and is not very stable. Rods are flexible, cheaply made. These are not the dimensions of official table, the 3-man offense rod is the same as the 3-man defense, where there should be a narrower gap - means you cannot play offense properly. The playing surface itself is not durable and after a few minutes of play was already scratched and dented from the ball. If it were not such a headache to take it apart and send it back we would do it. Not even close to anything resembling a competitive play table. Good for kids spinning the rods, until they bend...

Great and stable. Heavy enough to support kids playing on it aggressively. Assembly was about 2 hours and was reasonable. Instructions are pretty not great but if you are used to putting together items you should be fine. Some things were not pre drilled which was a little strange.

Disappointing quality and ridiculously written assembly instructions that did not accurately reflect the components in the package.Had to figure it out ourselves.Parts are working loose already and parts that needed screw fixings were not pre drilled or marked at all.I would never recommend this product and don’t have any confidence that it will be as it should be in 12 months time.
