I was disappointed as I bought this item expecting 2 full size kites. This is not the case. There is 1 full size kite, and another smaller throw glider. The glider does not even have string.The main kite is nice and works well, but disappointed that there is not 2 such kites.

This is a review for the Unicorn kite and Launcher kite 2 kite set. The construction is generally of good quality. The kites are sewn nylon.The string flying kite has strong pockets for the plastic rods that hold the kite flat. This is a good flyer that should be easy for beginning kite flyers to manage. I took off a star because the central loop that the rods cross through is made of satin ribbon that ripped loose within the first hour of flying the kite. It looks like it will be an easy repair with needle and thread.The launcher kite is a fun addition that you can use when the wind isn't cooperating for the flying kite. It does take a bit of strength to get a good launch. You can lightly bang a finger if you don't aim well for launch. Probably best for older kids to launch. Maybe 7 or 8 and up?

I bought this kite for my grand daughter’s Easter basket. It so happened to be a fairly windy day and we were camping at a resort that was mostly empty so we had a nice large area to fly it in. It went up so easy I could t believe it. It was her first time flying a kite and I had not used a kite in decades so I was very worried we would not be able to get it up in the air. The kite is a nice large size and made of a very sturdy solid fabric. She lives unicorn so this kite was perfect. We assembled it using the included directions in just a few seconds and she had it up in the air in two minutes. It flew beautiful and got very high. She and I took turn flying it for almost two hours. Great kite and it gave us such a nice experience.
