First for the good: it is easy for my 6 year old to use, she loves the handle and the silicone like covering makes dropping it not so bad. The bad: it’s extremely bright and a kid with a flashlight is destine to shine it in someone’s eyes- ouch! The inappropriate: It looks like an adult toy which is a bit embarrassing when visitors have also noticed this. We are able to laugh it off but definitely would have rethought the purchase if I knew this ahead of time.

My grandkids love playing with this flashlight. Of course they leave it on at times. So having a rechargeable battery is great!

I don't know where my kid finds this stuff but he did and wanted it desperately.It's got a surprisingly good range for what looks like a toy. Go ahead, get it, give it to the kid for camping, but don't be surprised when you drag it out in the power outage because it really does work!

Needed a flashlight for flashlight and fairy tale day in my son’s Kindergarten class and this was perfect. Cute, sturdy and bright. The button is a little hard to push but other than that, worked perfect. Plus it’s unique.

Our kids love their flashlights. We recharge them after each days use and the batteries have never been totally depleted. The lights are very bright; we have instructed our kids to avoid pointing them in anyone’s face, including their own. After just a few reminders they are very good about that issue.

My grandson loves this flashlight!! It is very bright and can withstand being dropped.
