I ordered this for my sons birthday. Took about two weeks to deliver. It came with a big hole in the side so he can’t even wear it after waiting so long to get it. He was so excited just to be let down. I contacted the company and they sent us a new one… free of charge. They didn’t make us return the ruined product. The second one came, perfect!

They don’t explain a charger is need and that you have to purchase separately, and that charger costs more than the jacket
