The reviews all say this runs big and they’re right. Bought a size 7/8 for my small 11 year old (52” 54 lbs). It fit perfectly. Lightweight, hits at the knees. Not lined for warmth but will pack easily and keep the wearer dry.

I like that the raincoat let wear clothing under it with lots of room to move around and is long enough to keep kids dry. Good looking too.

Good size for my 2yr old. I got XXS (2-3). It fit fine. My 2 yr old is 2' 10". I wanted a rain coat that came down pretty far past the knee for in case of rain while sitting in a boat. Kind of pricey, so I hope this really does hold up for a few years. I didn't want one like the cheap reusable but throw away kinds that can rip easily. This is the same product as the one sold by Fabugears, but their size only goes down to Small (5-6). I got the Fabugears one for my 5 yr old because it had free returns with Prime, and took the chance with this XXS size from M & S Gifts for my 2 yr old. This XXS (2-3) did fit better than the Small (5-6) from Fabugears when I tried the one for my 5 yr old on the 2 yr old. And turned out this XXS size one was the same brand as Fabugears (see picture of package with label).

I'm usually very skeptical about online ordering, especially with clothing. This was a great buy. I'm very happy with my purchase. The material is of great quality for it's purpose. Seems it would totally last awhile. This is my first time leaving a review, I realize because of other people's review I was able to make this purchase, so I hope this helps someone else. I rated the product to fit as expected although it is a little roomy, but my expectations was for that. Lots of use during many rainy seasons with room for growth is always great.

I got a size kids 8 and it was way too big for my son to wear. While he is small for his age, it seemed to be a better fit for my 10 year old daughter.Now aside from that it is a great rain coat. It's really cute and looks comfortable and will definitely keep you dry. I may even buy one for myself.

This is a solid raincoat, well crafted, and just the right length! The plastic is a heavier weight than a fold-up poncho, but not too heavy for a rainy but otherwise warm day (it is not lined).Adding photos to answer question.
