I bought this part to bring my older boat into compliance with state laws requiring an emergency kill switch on all marine vessels. The package contains NO WIRING INSTRUCTIONS. Invincible Marine does not post instructions on their website and when I called "customer service" they told me to email the manufacturer directly and someone "should" get back to me in a few days (big help when I'm under the dash trying to figure this out). He then said "I'm sorry" and promptly hung up in my ear. To top matters off I wrote an honest review on the Invincible Marine website and they didn't even have the integrity to post it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. I'm sorry I did.

No instructions, but I got past that after about 10 seconds with a multimeter. The switch housing is constructed of an apparently solid plastic, and looks like it will last a while. So I thought. While attaching the switch to the the outboard, the back portion of the housing (where the wire terminals are located) popped completely off. There was no evidence of that any glue or heat weld had been applied to attach the bottom to the switch. I reassembled it with some epoxy just so I could use it. Confidence is low that this will be worth the time and money.

It would be nice if instructions were included in the packaging. With 4 electrical connectors I don't know which one is used for the starter switch and which for ground. Now I have to have a boat mech install it. Not much of a bargain.
