I have removed old nails from structures before with less rust than what these nails have. I opened the brand new sealed box and these coiled roofing nails are 50% to 60% rusted. I am installing underlayment on a brand new roof, there is no way I will use these rusty corroded garbage nails on my house(or somebody else’s house). These nails posted as electro galvanized and corrosion resistant, totally false. These nails would void all warranties on all the other materials used in conjunction with these. I would like a refund for this box of coiled nail scrap metal!
