These work great to keep my bra from getting sweaty. They do run big. If I went by the sizing chart, I would have bought the large. I bought the small and they fit perfectly for me. I wear a D bra, but clothing is a size 8. I didn't want them to go all the way around my back. The small fits about armpit to armpit. I bought several of them so that I can have a clean one each day until I do laundry. You may even need to change it during the day if it is really hot out.

These are great! I suffer from rashes under my breasts all the time and these have helped me so much! I don’t get a rash when I tuck one under!! They wash up really nice, I launder them with my regular laundry. I will be buying more!

2nd order delivered in just plastic wrap but seems to be same quality.REVIEW ON FIRST ORDER 3PACK:1st time ordered was 3pack, recieved in nice packaging.I chose these because of the curves.The extra material fits underneath each breast not just underneath the band.I am a 38G bought the Large sz bra liners.I live in south Texas & outside several hours a day 99° & up in humid heat everyday - these bra liners do absorb the sweat!They are super wet when I remove them, my bra is considerably wet where the bra liner is not covering but underneath my breast it's not moist at all only a 'tacky' feel but not wet.It does take an extra 1-2 mins to get it situated- the instructions are on the bag.They are super soft and wash & wear great.I do wish there was options for more coverage - material for the under area for larger breast.

Wore these and the tummy ones while trekking across Gettysburg, PA and Washington DC in humid 95°+ heat. Normally, I would be so extraordinarily uncomfortable from sweat and rash under my bust and tummy. But these wicked away the moisture and prevented heat and sweat rashes. No need for caking powder that stops working after an hour, or expensive creams. Seriously a game changer for increased comfort no matter the weather or situation.

Soft cotton pads but they do not stay in place. Do not recommend unless you plan on sewing them into your bra.
