Easy to assemble, nice compact shipping box, and great customer service. My box was missing a few bolts. I contacted customer service and Khloee was kind enough to send me out a full package of bolts. She also emailed me when the box was delivered to ensure I knew it was here.

This garden was much more sturdy than I expected. Easy to put together (just a bit time consuming). Came with a screw driver, but you will want to use a real one. We'll see how it holds up over the growing season.

This raised garden bed does not disappoint! Simple to assemble if you take the time to actually read the easy to follow instruction manual. The well packaged unit comes with the necessary screwdriver and includes gloves to protect your hands (I found them unnecessary but nice to have them included anyway). I am glad it has no bottom so it not only allows proper soil drainage, it wont rust out as with other units I’ve had. If I had any recommendation it would be to use a pair of plyers to tighten the interior wing nuts a bit better than the included screwdriver will, but that’s a simple task. All and all satisfied with the price and product. I have also always been happy with King Bird customer support anytime I had an issue or question concerning my previous purchases.

This brand and this raised bed are amazing! The rounded edge really makes a difference and the material they used is sturdier.

This product looks great the metal was good quality but my kit only had enough hardware for one graden bed. Also the trellis was made cheaper than I expected. The poles are metal but the connectors are cheap plastic. Might be able to get one season of use out of this product.

Ordered two and missing total of 7 nuts. 4 from box 1 and 3 from box 2. Couldn’t complete construction. Customer service was prompt to respond and sent me a new hardware kit. Was able to complete assembly.
