This is a beautiful kantha quilt. I think you definitely need to know what you’re buying when you’re buying kantha. It’s handmade, so never perfect, but that is the beauty of it. It’s very light weight, 2 pieces of cotton hand sewn together. The pattern is beautiful and dramatic. Absolutely worth the buy. I can’t decide if $75 is too much, maybe it is, but to me it’s worth it.

Oh guys. I love this. The colors are really pretty, especially the watercolor-like greens and blues against the black. I have a couple kantha quilts, and this one is definitely the most well made and good quality. The stitching is more loose in terms of spacing (it’s supposed to be) but it is good solid stitching. Sometimes those stitched lines are too loose and they come apart easily and quickly - this one does not, its very well done. If you are not familiar with kantha quilts they are very thin, basically two layers of cotton without batting or fill between. Because they are an India thing. And its hot there. They are amazing for summer bedcovers. But look- don’t buy this expecting it to be a regular quilt. That’s not what these are. Anyhoo, this one is amazing. The cotton is a soft, I would say medium weight, and it washed very well. I would give it ten stars if I could!

Love the quilt. It arrived much quicker than I expected. I have a full/queen bed and I ordered a king size and very glad I did. It's narrower than the average quilt. It's going to be great for summer, very lightweight. Will be ordering more.

This is a really nice coverlet, it is in the style and colors that I want for my room. I washed it when I received it and it looks great. It is marked an extra large king, it is not. I buy king-size for my queen size bed, so that the mattress is totally covered by the quilt. The sides fall about 10” on either side of my a ueen size bed. if it were a king size bed, you’d have to put the quilt on sideways, and the pattern would not be correct. So, if you’re buying this quote for a king size bed, look elsewhere!

Colors are vibrant. This will be perfect as an end of bed blanket and adds a dramatic touch to an otherwise plain room.

I like the pattern- but the material is very thin and there were some threads that were just cut and loose - like in the middle of the blanket- ? I’m both confused and concerned about that for how it will hold up. Definitely OVERPRICED!
