This is a nice wooden tool caddy. I am an avid fly tier and I got this on a Vine review to use as a traveling tool caddy for my fly tying class. There are various sizes of round holes to hold round bottles of glue, tools, scissors, etc. It also has some nice bead trays. I think the product to be made to be more functional, however. First it needs to have some dowels to place in some of the holds to hold spools of floss. Second, the caddy come in three sections. It would have been helpful if there had been some holes drilled in the sides that could hold some small dowels to hold the sections together should the tier wish to connect them. Fortunately, I think that could be done to customize it should you wish to drill you won holes and make dowels to fit.

The three sections allow for different setup variations; each section also holds a variety of different tools. You have space for all your fly-tying needs. Sturdy, lightweight and easy to move around if you need to.

I have yet to be disappointed by anything Kingfisher puts out. This fly tying station has been a great addition to my tying bench. It has so many slots and spots for all of the various things you want to keep close at hand. I also really appreciate the simple wood aesthetic versus cheap plastic. I may drill and add magnets to make the sections lock together, but it's really not necessary for use. Love having this, and it's so much easier than trying to make my own.

This is a great beginner's fly-tying station for your tools. There are many slots and spots to hold lots of accouterments such as your beads, glue, string, feathers, and more. The wood is nice, but the corners are a smidge sharp on the edges; you may want to sand them a little before you get started. It’s nice that you can keep the different organizers wherever you like; if you are ambidextrous, that can be especially handy.ASIN: B0F48Z452X | Kingfisher Fly Tying Wooden Tool Station

I combined this with both the Kingfisher weighted base as well as the Kingfisher Fly Tying Vice, and I love it.These are very high quality hardwood (Red Oak, I believe) trays that will absolutely last you a lifetime. They hold all of my fly tying tools and keep my bench organized. It also comes with a magnetic tape, which I opted not to use, but would be great if you are tying batches to keep them in one place.I am very pleased with these tool trays, and look forward to tying my next batch!

Although I wish the areas were level. This tool holder from Kingfisher is of quality and will definitely help arrange my tools once I start tying. I have no real complaints and would recommend

Got this as a gift and it was well received. I don't tie flies myself but it seems to have a spot for everything and I was told it has been very helpful. It seems to be good quality

I ordered this "station" and the fly tying vise and tools from Kingfisher as presents for my son who is just getting into fly fishing. I opened the box - this is a nicely made set of wood (Maple, maybe - I didn't look closely) trays for you to use to hold all your fly tying bits and pieces while you work. It's well finished and attractive. I give both it and the vise/tools 5 stars, it's just what a beginner needs to get started tying flies. Well - you need hooks and thread and feathers and stuff, too, but I haven't got that for him yet.

Really useful fly tying tool organizer. Nice compliment of hole sizes for storing various tools.I like the fact that the 3 pieces are separate which allows for a variety of placement options. I have added these organizers to my portable fly tying station - a "serving tray" topped with a silicon pad to stabilize and keep the vise from sliding. This set of organizers allows various placement options. Adhesive backed hook and loop keeps everything in its place. The wood is fairly smooth and looks nice. It is not too heavy and holds 25 or so tools along with a few liquid containers (cement, CA glue, resins, etc.). The only problems I notice are that the holes are not deep enough for some tools and there are no holes appropriate for bodkins or other very small diameter tools. I use a vice stem-mounted bar for my scissors. For $20, a bargain in my opinion.

This fly tying tool station is a great way to keep tools and materials organized. Made out of real wood it has some weight to it preventing the pieces from being accidentally bumped around. The parts are cut out perfectly with very smooth edges and overall finish. My fly tying bench has a cabinet at the back and these are perfect for getting things out and putting away quickly which means I will likely tie more often.

I picked up the Kingfisher Fly Tying Wooden Tool Station and it has honestly been a great for my fly-tying setup. Right out of the box, the craftsmanship stood out, smooth wood finish, well-cut holes, and a solid, sturdy base.It holds all my essential tools, bobbin, scissors, whip finisher, bodkin all without feeling cramped. The only minor downside is that the holes aren't all the same size, so a couple of my larger-handled tools don't fit perfectly. But overall, it declutters my tying bench and keeps everything within easy reach.Definitely worth it if you're into fly tying and want a neat, classic-looking station.

I got this tool station to help keep my fly tying space more organized. I think the wood looks clean and feels solid. I like that it has space for all my small tools and bottles. I used to lose things on my desk, but now everything has a spot. I put it together quickly and it felt steady right away. I think it makes my work area look better too. I still wish it had a few more slots for larger tools. I use it every time I tie now and it helps keep things simple.
