Disappointed, the picture did not match what was received it has a plastic sleeve wrapped halfway up both sides of the connection which was an eye sore.

I like the bar now that it is up but the install was a pain. Make sure you have a very small screwdriver to detach the wall plate from the rest of the towel bar or don't bother buying this.

Great quality. Looks really nice. Easy to install. But you do need a tiny screwdriver. Like a REALLY tiny screwdriver. I thought I had one small enough but apparently not. This tool should be included in the packaging.

This is a beautiful item. It's too bad I removed my old towel ring and prepared the wall for the new one. How frustrated I was when I opened the box for this item and there was no mounting hardware. Word to the wise, open the box first.

Nice towel ring -- the ring did have to be "squeezed" shut before installing, but it worked out just fine.
