Not satisfied. Properly installed by plumber but the handles wobble and will not tighten. Tried to return but had to get back by next day or I would be charged for replacement Can't get to post office so quick. Looks great but handle wobbles off with use.

Knobs open ‘up’ towards center! I made the mistake of unknowingly having the knobs in the open position when I was attaching the handles, so now they point down in the off position. I’ll be changing that later. My only minor complaint is that the grooved piece that the handle attaches to on the hot side was not aligned with the cold side. The hot handle is always rotated slightly different than the cold.

The faucet was a big disappointment. We previously had a lovely chrome faucet on our claw foot tub, but couldn’t find the exact replacement. This faucet seemed to be an acceptable alternative. It is heavy, seemed well made, until we installed it. It is impossible to get the handles to match up, and impossible to get the printed portion (hot and cold) to adjust equally as well. So, one side says “hot” and the other handle sits slightly cockeyed…and the print saying “cold” is somewhere around the back…The cherry on top of the cake? The handle’s set screws loosen, so they simply fall off whenever they’re used. That’s a real pain because it can easily chip up the porcelain when it falls into the tub. Save yourself the torment and choose another faucet.

We were looking for an affordable tub faucet for our clawfoot tub. We found this one on Amazon and the price was a fit for our pocketbook. We looked at Home Depot and Lowes. Found this one and decided to take a chance on it. It really looks great. Plus for us was the quick Amazon delivery. So thanks Amazon.

This thing is incredible. I spent the extra money on a new price instead of trying to repair my 80+ year old original fixture. It looks authentic in our home.
