I bought two of these one for each bathroom because I wanted something heavy duty that would last … they look so beautiful and everything was great the first month - then every few days I have to go to each toilet and tighten the handle- sometimes mid use the handle falls off- this means I have to lift the lid off the back of the toilet and manually flush it… it’s a tiny little screw that holds the entire handle in and it holds it in by pressure only… very strange design and now that I am outside of the return timeframe I am stuck with $100 worth of handles and a weekly headache …

I have replace many a toilet handle, and this one was perhaps the most expensive; but it was worth it! Solid brass handle and the entire mechanism is well-made. Recommended.
