My cats love this toy! This cat toy functions as described and keeps my cats entertained for hours. If you have a cat that gets bored easily this is a must buy. It is definitely worth the money.

This was pretty easy to figure out and get going. Milo, who is an older cat (9 yrs) does enjoy the lasers. Actually chased them around till he got tired, rested a bit, and started up again after he was rested LOL. He also took a couple looks at the feather and the little rotating dude himself. However, I think a younger or more playful cat might like the feathered guy; a kitten would probably love it. The remote is nice; don't know if it's necessary but it is handy. Ditto with the light-up ears, they are nice to draw the cat's attention to it, I guess. We turned off the lights and drew the curtains so it was darker, and I think that really ups the playability. A bit pricey, but overall a nice toy. I would recommend this.

My cat really enjoys this. The laser just moves in a circle. It will go back and forth, but always on the same circular path. The laser is very bright. Also, the ears flash. They're super bright leds and they flash rapidly. Since I often turn this on after bed for my cat, I don't care for the flashing. It's uncomfortably bright and rapid. I can't imagine it feels good to my cat's eyes either. The flashing does stop after a bit. It's rechargeable and works well.

The instructions on this were not very simple but might be for someone else? I’m not sure how to get the single laser pointer without the butterfly. My cat took a little to warm up to it but I think he is starting to enjoy it a bit more.

Unfortunately my cats completely ignored this toy. However, they ignore most toys so not really surprising. The quest to find a good toy for them continues.

My cat is addicted. I would recommend attaching it to the ground with something heavy. Our cat tries to wrestle the whole thing and has a habit of knocking it down. She even moved it out of the bedroom and tumbled it down a wood staircase once. The toy is still fully functional so it is very durable. I just wish it was a big more stable for extra aggressive kitties. The battery dies pretty quickly, but we don't really turn it off much. It pauses when there is no activity and resumes itself when the cat comes back which is useful. Our cat loves the dangling toy, but does not care about the laser light at all.
