1 mat ripped and stained out of the 12 I ordered, which makes the rest below tough to justify.Had to bend the tabs myself. Glass needs to be cleaned if you're picky like me. Nothing broken and packed well though. Not going through the fuss of returning. Nice 4.5 star frames if they were consistently like the best two I found in the 12 I ordered, but they vary unfortunately.

Update: Customer service finally contacted me and replaced the busted one.Overall, 5 of the 6 were great. 1 arrived busted and when I contacted the company about a replacement, I never heard back from them. 2 stars because of no customer support!

The quality of the frame is outstanding. In fact, it seems even better than the one I bought previously.The materials used for the frame are top-notch, giving it a premium and sturdy feel. High quality picture frames that are easy to put together! Clips on the back are easy to move to place the picture inside the frame. There is plastic film on both the inside and the outside of the acrylic cover. It was slightly difficult to peel as it goes all the way to the edge and doesn’t have a pull tab. I scratched a few of the acrylic covers trying to get the film off. Thankfully, the scratches were covered by the edge of the frame it’s self. That is the only reason for 4/5 stars. Otherwise, easy to assemble and place photos in as well as easy to hang or prop up with the stand!
