I needed something on my nightstand to help organize all of the 'stuff' that tends to accumulate. This was PERFECT. I was able to organize everything nicely so I have pens/paper handy along with all of the other things that accumulate. Whatever I'm reading also fits in the bottom drawers - no more things falling behind/in front of the nightstand, I can find my glasses, scissors, lip balm, etc. - it's perfect. It's not too high, so I am able to have my iPad, tissue box and phone on the top. I wish I did this years ago!I originally purchased the smaller unit, which I ended up putting somewhere else. The larger unit was the way to go - I needed two of the larger drawers for this to really work for me.

Don't get me wrong, these drawers are just as nice as the listing photos. But I immediately knew something was up when the box arrived and was suspiciously light. The drawers are made from balsa wood and are very lightweight and prone to scratches / dents / dents. I definitely wouldn't have purchased them if I knew beforehand.

I especially like the clean lines and detail. My original purchase was to hold my CPAP machine by the bed. Plenty of room for smaller supplies and my reading glasses. I have asthma so like having a home for my rescue inhaler.Liked it so much, I purchased a 2nd unit.Nice sized drawers that open easily.

Featured in the photos are the Kirigen drawer units on top. While all I can think of on the negative is the price, meanwhile the packaging was excellent, the wait time...2 days, and the build quality with dovetail joining throughout I can only imagine they will last well into the lifetime of whomever gets them after me. The other two, soon to be three are Deayou brand bamboo drawer sets that also are well built and just happen to be the perfect size for this old stereo cabinet being repurposed for storage. Would buy either again, pausing only because of price. Oh!.....no assembly required. Minus 1 star only because of price.
