Delivery was super fast (ordered 12/28 delivered 12/31. I went through and labeled wires prior to disconnecting old unit. Then it was a straight swap to the new unit. I had to drill 3 new holes because the new unit is a little longer. If I had any questions I referenced back to the manual that came with it (the neutrals aren’t labeled on the new box). I didn’t have to use the supplied jumpers but I did clean up the spaghetti. Much better than giving up $700+ for someone else to do a simple swap.
