I bought several of these during "Christmas on July" to over the holidays. I put them away until Nov. I used both mats for Thanksgiving and they worked fine. Used both again at Christmas, they worked fine. Last night, New Years Eve, one mat was hot but the other, along with the food, was stone cold. The lights would come on but the heating element wouldn't. And because it was purchased during Prime Day, its too late to report the issue. And it makes me nervous because I had 2 sent to a local homeless shelter and 2 other were given as Christmas gifts. I hope nothing goes wrong with them. How embarrassing.

What a great alternative for keeping food warm, when entertaining. Looks much nicer than Aluminum disposable pans and Sterno. I was able to use my good serving dishes. You can use Aluminum disposable if you wish. Live the ability to set timer up to 4 hrs and control the temperature. Clean up is a breeze with a soapy sponge. Rolls up for easy storage.

I’ve had many other food warming trays/ stations but this is so awesome! It’s very easy to clean and easy to wipe down after use. I t kept our food warm and was a perfect size. I will probably purchase a few more for family gatherings( Christmas, Thanksgiving etc…) I love how easy it is to store too . Easy to roll up and takes minimal space .

I got this as a gift for my mom..she is always making big meals and sometimes needs to keep food warm..so she was soo happy to get this..she said it works very well..she likes the simplicity of it and it’s soo easy to clean..and it’s easy to put away and doesn’t take up a lot of space!!

I like that the tray can roll up for space saving storage and heats relatively quickly and easily. To use the tray, simply unroll it, lay it flat on a table or counter top that can withstand the heat or lay a towel underneath the warmer before use. I also like that is is large enough to heat/reheat an entree and 2 or 3 side dishes at the same time. There are several temperature/heat levels from which to choose, but whatever level is selected applies to the entire heating surface; you cannot set different sections to varying levels of heat. My primary dislike is that after rolling and unrolling the unit several times, it began to rip along the outer seams, making it dangerous to continue use. I returned it because of this danger. I don't know whether I just happened to get a defective one or if all of them have this defect. Because of this, I can neither recommend nor advise against purchase.
