It went together fine until step 14. Then I ran into holes where they weren’t supposed to be and none where they were supposed to be. When I tried to contact the email address listed as customer service, my email came back to me as undeliverable. So I went thru Amazon to resolve. I ended up explaining my problem to 5 different people and just getting passed along. In the end I get a small refund from Amazon and a piece of crap furniture (assuming I can do the modifications necessary to put it together).
