At sub $10 I had limited expectations for this scale but was accepting of that because my use-case was only for occasional use at work. Well, I was more-than pleasantly surprised at the assumed accuracy of this scale and what it delivers for such a cheap price.First off, it is small. Therefore, if you are trying to weigh packages or a dinner plate or something large, you will struggle with this scale. I think that should be rather obvious though. With its small size however, this scale does deliver a great compact package that is more than small enough to travel with and also has a very small storage footprint.The display is very clear and bright, zero issues in direct light or no light.Switching between modes, tare-ing or zeroing the scale and power cycling the scale is super intuitive.A small plastic lid that doubles as a small-items tray is a great touch since it integrates perfectly with the scale and takes up no additional space.2 AAA bats are included.Displays weigh in the tenths. Also, the refresh is faster than most of my scales. No waiting for the weight to register.While I have not calibrated this scale or my other scales, you can see from the picture that these two cans of pop (which each weigh the same) are within less than one gram of one another on these two scales. I thought that would be helpful for size reference as well as comparing the two scales for relative weight accuracy.All in all this is a great little scale! It has its limitations due to size but if you’re in the market for a small scale this one is a great find. Plenty accurate, easy to use, bright display, integrated tray, EXCELLENT!

I ordered this scale to use in the kitchen. It's simple to use and seems accurate. It also came with the required 2 AAA batteries. It's simple to change units and has an easy to ready screen.The main downside is the size of this scale is small. You can fit a regular bowl on it for weighing ingredients. Keep the size and maximum weighing capacity in mind when deciding if this scale will work for you.

This is a great little scale—compact, well-made, and surprisingly accurate. It even comes with a battery, which is a nice touch since so many products don’t these days. Just keep in mind that it’s on the smaller side, so if you’re looking to weigh large food plates, this might not be the best fit. It’s perfect for measuring coffee beans, small food portions, or even ingredients for baking. I compared it with another scale I own, and the readings were consistently within a 0.2g range, which is pretty impressive.

I'm planning to use more recipes that measure ingredients by weight, so I don't have to worry whether my flour or whatever is too fluffed up or compacted to give the correct amount. This scale makes that very easy.The display is big and bright. The buttons are simple to set to any unit and zero out the starting weight no matter what container I use. The weight limit (6+ pounds!) is more than ample for any baking recipe I would ever use. And everything I have tested seems to be weighed accurately.I like the clear plastic square that doubles as a protective cover and a weighing platform for small items. The whole unit is easy to clean and compact to store.The only downside is the low-end batteries supplied with the scale. I will remove them between uses, which is easy enough to do. It would be even better if the scale could be recharged via USB.In spite of those nitpicks, this is a 5-star addition to my kitchen tools.

Inconsistant. Sometimes it won’t measure or weigh anything at all. It doesn’t matter if I turn it off and on and do the tare function repeatedly, it will remain at zero or it’ll jump up and give me a number that I will write down and then I will remeasure a second time just to be sure and it will give me a completely different number not returning. unfortunately, I do not recommend this product.

Love this scale - so simple and easy to use. Large enough to handle my dishes and be able to read the register but not using up inordinate kitchen counter space. Very easy to shift from unit to unit - ounces, grams, etc.

Very easy to use. Small and compact. Accurate, as far as I can tell.It has a clear plastic cover that just fits over the weight plate, and I embarrassed myself by being mystified when the device didn't work, until I realized that cover was in place and preventing the plate from detecting the bowl I was weighing. My oversight.This has all the basic features you'll expect -- multiple units of measure, and tare function. I gather there are some that have memory functions and will do percentage calculations and things like that, but aside from remembering your selected unit of measure from one use to the next, this doesn't have any of that fancy stuff.And that's fine -- this is compact, attractive, basic and efficient.
