Takes much longer to seal bottle than my old rubber stopper and pump sealer. My wife was making fun of me for taking so much time when I was sealing up a bottle of wine we use for cooking in the fridge; it was 3/4 full. I pumped it 15-20 times- there was still air coming out the pump (you can smell that air), but the gauge on the side of the stopper said to stop. The release worked OK then. If you over-pump the sealer; the release does not work; which presents a quandary- how do you get this super-vacuum sealed stopper off your bottle? Pushing up one side like a champagne cork worked; but took some effort.. If you had something amazing you wanted to spend the time to keep the most air possible away from it; this could work.. otherwise I will use another, quicker vacuum sealing system.

These wine vacuums and stoppers are amazing! I love that they are an all-in-one device! They are easy to use and keep wine airtight for a long time, preserving the quality! This is one of the best things I’ve ordered lately!

I really like these wine stoppers. My wife and I almost never finish a bottle of wine in one sitting. In the past, we've used the vacuum wine stoppers that have a separate rubber stopper and hand pump, but would always be looking for one part or the other, and the little rubber stoppers are easy to lose. With this product, the stopper and pump are combined, so there's less to keep track of.The stopper seems to work well: it pulls a nice vacuum and it held pressure overnight, it has a built in date dial and recommended number of pumps molded right on the stopper, and it doesn't add as much height to the wine bottle compared to some other integrated vacuum/stopper wine savers I've used in the past. Washing and drying is also fairly easy.

Simple and works very well. The instructions say to pump up to 40 times for a half empty bottle and that's probably best for long term storage. I found they hold securely with just a few pumps. The release button is easy and you can audibly hear air escape from the valve. Good purchase.

These really do an excellent job at creating a vacuum within the wine bottle. They fit easily inside a standard sized bottle and pumping them is equally effortless (at least, relative to other pumps I've tried). The pumps clearly label how many times to pump (on average) corresponding with how full the bottle is. And it even has a little dial on top that you can spin to indicate when you places the stopper on the bottle.Great product, fantastic execution, and very fair price 👍👍

This wine stopper basically gets the job done. It does require a bit more pumps to get a good seal than others that I have tried. When it does get a really good seal, it can be somewhat difficult to release the vacuum so it’s best not to over tighten. As far as keeping wine fresh, it does a great job. It is also fairly easy to use.

Opened a bottle of red on a Saturday and only drank half. The following weekend it seemed just as fresh as when I opened it. The vacuum sealer is very easy to use. Albeit it seems like you have to pump it more than others I've used. It's advertised to go to a lower negative pressure than other stoppers, so I attribute the additional pumping to this. Item is a good value for the price, especially considering you get two.
