I was so devastated when I got my ugg boots wet, I had no idea what to do until I bought this eraser and it saved my UGGS!!!!!! My Uggs were super wet and damaged & I did a couple swipes with the eraser and boom they were back to new I was soooooo happy! Really good product for the price definitely recommend buying, it will save your suede and make them look brand new !!!! :)))))

This is basically like an eraser but for suede! I used it on a small stain on my uggs and it worked well. The brush is helpful to clear the bits of eraser leftovers. The description is a bit misleading as I expected to receive two sets of this when I only got one. It certainly is overpriced for one set

Originally bought this for my suede sofa, which was taking quite a bit of damage from my cats walking on it. It didn’t work for my suede sofa, but it was worth a shot.I now use it for my boots, which is the intended use. Works perfectly for them!If you’re buying this for furniture, pass on this and try something else. But if you’re buying it for shoes (what it’s made for), it’s a good product!

The eraser did not remove the stain from the suede boots. one of the boots had water line and the other pair had a tiny wine stain. Both of them did not come off with multiple tries. It only lightened it a very little but that's all. I will recommend getting a suede cleaner for any stains.

This is a great product. It is almost akin to the Magic Eraser for your household cleaning. It is simple, straightforward and has immediate results. I have a pair of bright orange and black Clark's Wallabees. The Orange upper is suede and can get easily smudged. This eraser helped to greatly reduce the depth of the blemishes as well as maintain the look of the suede.

Just took a pair if LLBEAN suede slippers out of the box Thanksgiving morning. While cooking breakfast, a blob of oil and egg mixture fell right on the top. After Googling for cleaning, I found vinegar, alcohol and baking soda didn't make a lick of difference. To Amazon I went. Based on a bit of research and looking at reviews for this product, I decided to give it a try. WAS I SURPRISED! Within 5 minutes I had completely gotten the stains out! It does rub up the nap a little, but I'm the only one who will notice.

Definitely got rid of some wear and tear. Didn’t do much on stains. If your Uggs (only thing I tried on) are looking a bit weary, this should help. If you have stains, u might want to get them professionally cleaned. Better than how I started, but definitely not transformative.Delivers for the price.**UPDATE: I tried it on my Uggs that were just looking a bit worn but had no stains. They look so much better as you can see in the photo. One was treated, the other was not. For regular wear and tear, seems to work great. Updated to 4 stars since it doesn’t seem to help hard stains.Way cheaper than the $70 they charge around here to clean Uggs. Worth a try if you’re just needing a little refresh.

Bought this kit for use on various suede items...I don't own anything made of nubuck that I'm aware of...Works just fine to remove spots left by evaporated water, spots left by other liquids, and "shiny marks" (aka indentations)...The eraser block has two flat smooth surfaces, while the other four are rough and can crumble slightly...The directions don't tell you which type of eraser surface to use as you rub it back and forth over the problem area, but the only thing that made sense was to use the rough areas...After fixing the problem area on the suede, you then use the plastic handled brush to bring up a nap...The bristles are strong/stiff, and look like they are made out of the same material as a standard toothbrush or nail cleaner...The brush would probably outlive the eraser...Wasn't flat out, 100% certain that I was using the product correctly, and didn't want to leave a review that could possibly lead to damage of your item...So, when in doubt, call the company and ask the same questions until you get someone who can answer them...I just made the call and was told that, yes, it's the rough sides you want to be using...THE TWO PICTURES: If you are prone to misplacing things, this may help...If you slide the eraser underneath the wider part of the handle and turn it 90°, it fits quite firmly...You can shake it as hard as you want, it's not going anywhere...Finally, I couldn't find a phone number for the Johnson/Kiwi company anywhere online in five or ten minutes of searching...Here it is anyway, along with the product code...Customer service-- 1-800-558-5252Product code-- 31600 20900The kit does what it claims it will and is fairly cheap... I am so glad I purchased this kit! I had purchased this a while back for a tan blazer and matching shoes. It worked really well. It takes a little time to erase and brush and repeat until suede is clean (it also is very messy-just like a regular eraser), but the results were fantastic. Because of the nature of suede, the appearance sometimes appears dirty, but it is just the appearance of the grain.. It may actually be already clean. I found comparison to be the best method of determining whether or not it is clean. I recently went to the Dr. and noticed (in the bright lights) my Adidas with suede stripes were REALLY dirty. Got home, pulled out the kit (which still had a lot of eraser left....a lot) and got the gnarly, greasy looking dirt off...COMPLETELY! I am so glad I purchased this kit. I will never own suede without this kit to keep it looking fresh and new.
