Update: they did give me a solution, but the couch in my experience still isn’t worth it.My husband and I just bought a house, we were looking for a comfortable beige couch as a replacement for our current couch. We were excited about it, but unfortunately it came defective. It pushes and leans you forward. It’s wildly uncomfortable and we’ve given it a week to fluff up, we adjusted brackets and tried to fix it and it’s not working. We contacted the seller, sent pictures, tried to show the defect, and they are not willing to refund us or pay for us to ship it back to them. I even added a level to the seat and that one significantly slants forward. At this point I don’t even want to get a replacement, the back is lower than it says and the overall experience with customer service has been less than satisfactory. If you’re on a tight budget, don’t buy this couch. You’ll spend all your money on a couch that is defective and sellers who are unwilling to take responsibility for the condition of the couch. It’s so disappointing. I’ve reached out to Amazon for next steps. Just do yourself a favor and don’t buy this couch.
