Had to do some slight modifications with the seat switch but this fit my 2003 commercial Simplicity. Seems to be well made and after a few mows I've found it to be fairly comfortable. Overall, especially considering it's lower price point compared to others, I would consider this to be a pretty good deal.

the prepared holes in the seat bottom are off by about 2mm. Did not fit my Mahindra tractor. I had to modify the tractor seat rails
