I purchased the KNA SG-1 to install on a 70’s BC Rich acoustic guitar. I really didn’t want to permanently install a pickup or drill holes for an output jack. This pickup was a perfect solution. The installation was a breeze. I just let the tension of the strings and slid the pickup between the bridge and the bridge pins. I tuned up, plugged into an acoustic amp, and strummed a chord. I was pleasantly surprised how naturally it amplified the acoustic sound of the guitar. I would caution anyone using this pickup to use care when plugging and unplugging the chord. Carelessness could cause damage to the pickup. I would definitely recommend this pickup for anyone who wants a great sounding pickup with easy installation.

Great design engineering to simply add a passive piezo pickup at the second best location behind vs under the bridge. Wow the sound pickup and transmission from my Yamaha FG850 is fabulous. The smaller 3’ cable can be secured to the bottom strap button to safely tie off the cable. There is no noticeable sound difference after installation. What an easy upgrade solution for this guitar. Awesome!
