1. Open the straps, put your feet through straps, and adjust position.
2. Tighten bandage and then fix hook and loop fasteners to adjust comfortable position.
3. Paste adhesive hook and loop fasteners and tear off protective paper on the back of hook and loop fasteners.
4. Lift up and press sticking part more firmly, and lift up the boot.

I actually really liked these. I love over the knee boots but they tend to fall down when I wear them. I have not had any issues so far. The key for me is that once I add a set to a pair of boots I leave them in those boots and dont remove them. So every pair of boots have straps and I dont have to worry about them falling out or becoming loose. They are comfortable and can adjust to the size of your leg which works well.
