My quick take – As described, easy to use, seems to improve sleep, easy to wash, wish it was a little firmer as it squishes easy.Extra details – I have been using for over a month now and I think it is helping prevent some back soreness. I do feel like it keeps my spine aligned. The only thing I would change is I wish it was a bit firmer and did not squish as easy. I do find myself needed to adjust a bit to let it fluff up some. Overall though, seems to help and I will continue to use. You may want to read reviews further if you are considering, I do not think this would be ideal for a larger person as it is not the most firm.

Not firm at all, so it is useless. The moment any pressure is put on it, it flattens like a Pancake. I should have opened it and tested it before the return window closed. But I bought this as a back up to a much better brand of the same shape knee pillow that I've used for years. Don't bother with this.

What I received is a stupid piece of garbage. It DOES NOT look anything as shown on the Amazon site. On the site, picture shown a more square shape and look harder not squished down. This item received is TOO SOFT- look more like a big biscuit bone shape for dog.! UNABLE to use for my hip pain!!

I'm 6 feet tall and 220 lbs and this knee pillow does not hold my legs up at all. They're is very little difference between this pillow between my knees, and not. It just collapses under the weight of my legs.If you are big and tall, get a bigger pillow.
