Initially loved it. Comfortable, warm, nice looking. Wore it once for work. Not sure if I received a defective product or this is just poorly designed and made. We followed the care instructions (had to look online for them, because not provided on the products tags). The brown patches that hold the toggles to the sweater fell off after 1 wash. If I would have realized they were only glued on, I would have made sure to stitch them on before washing.
