I would give this negative stars if I could. This is the single worst mill bit I have ever used. Right out of the package I tried to use it on a plastic piece and noticed immediately that this was not even close to sharp. I felt the blade with my fingers and discovered I could actually squeeze it hard with my fingers without drawing blood. This might explain the other reviews that describe snapping.$20 on the mill bit down the drain and another $20 on my messed up project. Stay away. This is not even usable.

Bet is much better than the Chinese counterpart it stayed sharp and kept on going till the job was finished and then finished a second job

For the few people out there building out 80% AR-15 lowers this is a perfect length for the milling. Some kits come with a shorter bit which will wear depending on the metal, but this one is easier to adjust and makes the cuts a lot easier. I have not worn this one out yet. Nice sharp bit for what I was using it for.

Excellent cutter. Just make sure that you only take little bites at a time. No burning, no rough cuts. Just be patient. Using this on a horizontal mortise on cherry and oak. excellent cuts.

I used this to remove alum. I was removing 1/16" per pass. It worked well but toward the end of the second unit, a couple of the flutes broke off on the end. I used this with a de walt 611 router.

I also have the bullnose version. These are excellent quality bits and one of my favorites. It cuts well and I use it on my CNC machine. Yes there is some tear out on the top, but that's to be expected with an upcut bit.

This is an excellent US made mill bit. If you need a 1.25" LOC one this one is great.If you are looking for one to use with your Modulus Arms jig, this is NOT the one you want. Kodiak does make the right size (same specs, only with a 1" LOC). They just don't sell it here. Based on the case and some other things I suspect Kodiak makes the one that Modulus sells for $41 shipped. Check out kodiak's website for the 1" LOC one for ~$17.

Came fast, cut great. Spirals a little "high" for my application. Not the product or supplier fault but it did cause damage to my cutting template.
