High quality ground, very sharp, nice american made, not junk, do your self a favor and try a non-Chinese tap and see the difference yourself

Well it shattered. So I can't give more than one star. I was hand tapping, it wasn't hot or anything. I just applied force and it shattered. Upon inspection I'm not sure what it's made of. It doesn't look like steel though. I tried to take a close picture so you can see for yourself. Oh well.

Works great. Started sharper and stayed sharper much longer than the DeWalt taps I was using.
