Warning ... there is an "old" and "new" version of this tub model. Kohler cut costs manufacturing the new version and it's obvious. Been a Kohler fan for years but not any more! We have installed both versions of this tub model. The previous version is a solid, outstanding product. The underside is supported with a wooden structure and the entire area covered with a thick fiberglass spray. Super easy to install, extremely solid once installed - no creaks. The "new" version has a poorly cut wooden skirt that is screwed into the bottom of the tub ... yep, that's right ... attached to the bottom of the tub with screws. The tub shell bottom has been reinforced with a molded plastic support. Kohler reps state that the wooden support is only for shipping purposes and is to be removed prior to installation. Therefore, there is no support for this tub except to insulate after installation with another product. The tub quality is flimsy at best and absolutely nothing like the previous version. Major creaking issues with a fear that it will crack at any time. Both tubs were installed in second story bathrooms. Went through the ceiling to completely insulate and solidify the "new" version in order to eliminate the creaking and to feel comfortable enough to use the tub at all. Unless you can snag a previous version, find a tub from another manufacture and stay away from Kohler.

Perfect product, we installed in our bathroom. item did come slightly chipped, but because of tile placement you cannot see.

It is a wonderful sized tub and a huge upgrade from our previous one. Unfortunately, we can't figure out why it does not allow for water to be stopped up in the tub...so we can't take a bath. Not sure if it's user error or the tub was defective.

Tub is attractive, good quality, manageable weight, and comfortable. The no-slip surface seems effective. Keep in mind it has a fairly high sill compared to standard tubs, so might not be the best choice for small children or seniors.

Our tub arrived in perfect condition and on time. The price was fantastic. It was easy to carry to our second story bathroom and we had little trouble to centre and square up for installation. . It is very attractive and very deep. Can't wait to try it out.

I love my new bathtub!! It replaced my old tub. Fit perfectly in place. Its a little wider than my old tub (which I wanted) and deeper! It's beautiful!
