This urinal arrived with many superficial (or so we thought) cracks and defects. There is evidence of repairs from the manufacturer so we assumed it had passed quality control. We tried to install this urinal over a period of several days and could not get it to stop leaking. After ordering two replacement seals for what we assumed was a leaking urinal gasket we finally determined that the actual fixture was cracked and leaking. Another $35 in porcelain repair and epoxy and we've finally fixed the leak. What a frustrating experience to spend an additional $50 on a fixture that arrived defective. Worth mentioning, this was our second order, the first one was destroyed in transit and determined "undeliverable".
