I had a rush install so I got my first faucet at the local Menards. I got their most expensive one, but as soon as I hooked it up I could tell it was a cheaply made piece of junk. The stuff at Home Depot was the same. All of their off the shelf stuff was inferior. I decided to try this because it was a Kohler, even though it was almost twice the price. As soon as you take it out of the box you can see the quality.If you have a family, you use the deep sink all the time and it is worth having a well made part like this!

1st of all it came with defective parts. My husband called Kohler direct and got free replacements. After it was installed I knew the length of the faucet was too short from my previous one. I would not recommend for a laundry tub. I need a long spout so I can wash dirty soccer shoes, etc.

Bought this for installation in a Utilitub laundry sink. It is metal, is relatively easy to turn on and off because the knobs are not round, but knurled with tab that allows good grip. No flow restricter means full pressure. Works great, and is better than the many PLASTIC utility tub faucets out there.

This is the second faucet like this I've had in my laundry room and I'd order another one if needed again. The first one lasted over almost 20 years. It looks nicer than the standard cheap laundry tub faucet.

I wanted a faucet for the utility sink in the garage that had a hose thread so I could use soft, hot water to wash the cars. The plumbing company installing the sink could not find one [?]. A quick search on Amazon turned this up. As a Kohler product, it is solidly constructed and works as advertised. No down side to this faucet for a laundry or utility sink.
