Product looks nice and I believe all the parts are there; however, what I didn't like how the product came to me. After I opened the box, the inside tray that house the faucet was damaged and on the inside of the box was a message that appear to be written by a child saying, "I love you." The "love" word was a heart symbol. It was a beautiful message, but when you spend almost $1000 for a product, you expect it to be in a new unused box and wrapped with care. So, because of this, I'm not sure if I will be keeping the product. But I do appreciate the message.

Faucet looks great but within 6 months it started leaking at the handle joint and then the water started running back down into the faucet and pooling under our sink. Kohler says they will not replace faucet - only parts but if it's breaking after only 6 months it seems like more than a parts issue. Would not recommend.

This faucet has a charming vintage look. I wanted to install it in a kitchen/canning area just off our greenhouse. installation was a bear; I wound up calling a plumber. It was more complicated than he anticipated and took him over an hour to install. Once installed it works well. The pressure is good and there have been no leaks to date. The spray feature works well for our purposes. Nice if pricey.

I didn't install this product after my plumber informed me that the solenoid that powers the faucet has been known to blowout. There is no manual override on this faucet so if the solenoid blows out you have to return it to Kohler for a replacement and it could take 10 days to receive it, meanwhile, I would be unable to use my faucet till I replaced the new solenoid. I didn't realize that the faucet would be rendered immobile if problems occurred with the touchless feature, I wrongly assumed the faucet would still be useable manually.

I haven't installed this faucet yet because my kitchen remodel is a few months down the road. But I carefully looked at all the parts and the instructions and feel like I can offer a helpful review. The first thing to note is this faucet is huge at about 18-in high from the base to the top and the curved downspout comes out roughly 8-in from the center of the base. The quality looks excellent as expected from this highly respected, premier faucet brand, Kohler. Installation looks straightforward and I have no qualms about doing it myself even though I detest anything related to plumbing. Besides just hooking up the water lines, there is a small electric switch (solenoid) that needs to be mounted on the wall underneath the sink. This switch activates the motion detecting on/off feature. A mounting bracket for the switch is provided and simply needs to be screwed into the wall with a couple screws. An AC power outlet also needs to be available under the sink. The installation instructions are well-written and easy to understand -- only a couple pages are needed to cover all the installation steps. The faucet is beautiful. I can't wait to install this when I remodel my kitchen. The motion activated on-off feature is something I never even thought of having in my home but now I really look forward to it! I rate this five stars based on everything I can judge without actually operating the faucet.

We purchased and installed this faucet in our kitchen. The install took less than an hour since we already had electricity running to that spot. The faucet works extremely well and I particularly like that the sensor is up under the neck so we have never gotten our sleeves wet but turning it on accidentally. The finish is beautiful. I highly recommend this faucet!

I really wanted to be impressed by this faucet because I like the look and the water blade feature sounded great but I am disappointed. I'm tempted to tear it out and put my old faucet back.First of all, installation was a much bigger pain than it is with typical faucets because of the "touchless" feature which involves electrical parts and a solenoid. The solenoid is supposed to be located within 7" to 8" of the centerline of the faucet and hoses are connected to it so it's gotta be placed under sink. But it also needs to be plugged into an unswitched outlet (meaning not turned on and off by a switch) and I don't know about y'all but in my current house and in every other house I've ever lived in that had an outlet under the sink it was there for the garbage disposal and therefore turned on and off by a wall switch. I was able to work around this because I recently installed an air button control for my garbage disposal, so the switch to the under-sink outlet is kept on and I used the air button to control the disposal. That set up allowed me to pug this in underneath the sink which is good because I'm not sure I could have made this work out for me otherwise.Aside from the pain in the bum that having to figure out electrical connections and where to mount a bracket, solenoid and cover underneath the sink within 7"-8" of centerline without kinking any hoses or getting them caught up on supply valves or anything else under there, I guess the touchless feature is kinda cool. Mostly it's just a nifty little gimmick that impresses house guests. The other thing I really don't like about this faucet is the weight on the pull-down hose; its useless. It's so cheap and light that it doesn't help pull the sprayer back up at all and its held in place with a tiny zip-tie. I am honestly a bit shocked that Kohler has the audacity to include such a cheap, bad quality hose weight when they charge over $600 for the faucet. I used to have a $60 faucet with a better quality hose weight. I ended up using the weight that came with the Moen faucet this one replaced. Kohler should be embarrassed. The sprayer head feels a bit cheap but the spray settings aren't bad. There's a stream and spray rocker switch and a water blade button. The water blade feature releases once you let up on the button so you have to keep pressing it down the whole time you want to use it. It is still kind of a cool feature but definitely not cool enough to justify the price of this faucet.
