I ordered the Kohler Memoir Bowl and 1.6 Gallon per flush Tank locally from a local plumbing supply house. Was surprised to learn that the 1.6 Gallon tank I had ordered was actually out of stock and backordered. I was resistant to order a ceramic commode over Amazon - for fear that it might arrive cracked or damaged, being that it's china. BUT Do NOT let that stop you! I ordered the 1.6G Kohler Memoir Tank via Amazon - and was very impressed at how it arrived double boxed - with large styrofoam corners in between the boxes. I arrived PERFECTLY, was easy to open and retrieve from the box.

Bought a Kohler Memoirs toilet tank at full price and at the time of installation found out that there was a big break/hole in one side of the tank lid visible to even a blind person. Also the lid doesn’t sit on the tank and there’s a big gap in one side. There was no way there customers service or products packing person couldn’t have seen it. It is clear that this was a factory discorded product and they are selling this stuff at full price. I tried returning it and contacted the Amazon multiple time but no response.

Really love this toilet tank and the matching Kohler Memoirs bowl. Solved my low flush problem immediately. Also, Amazon has the best shipping record for shipping Kohler products. I mention that, because I kept getting broken Kohler toilets when ordering from Home Depot. I guess Amazon is in the business of shipping, so has its packing down to a science.

always wanted a Kohler's Memoirs Toilet and remodeling our bathroom gave us a reason tofinally get one. With the Aqua Piston flush system so far not only does it look classy but works great
