Kohler has a reputation for making good products... however this sink that looks nice, scratches very easily and when cleaning it with a scrubbing pad we actually rubbed a whole in the bottom of it so it started to leak. The product is sold as 18 Gauge steel.. but after cleaning with an abrasive pad puts a hole in it... I have my doubts.

There are no cons about the sink. It is beautiful. Looks better in person. Just be careful not to scratch.

Immediately developed a discolored stain where the water hits the sink. Silly clips used to hold down the edges don't fit in many cabinets and don't work well.

This is a beautiful sink. I love the shape, a little different than most. The rim, finish and size is great. We were surprised that caulking was a must. We thought the mounting system would be tight.

We have been using this sink since July 2017. It's quiet and seems very durable. Looks great in my kitchen. Yes, it does gets some scratches but they really don't take away from the beauty of this sink. Cleans well with Bar Keepers Friend.

The Kohler Staccato sink is beautiful and unique with the deeply rounded bowls. The stainless steel is heavy 18 gauge and the basin depth is great. I have no issues with scratching or denting, although I am careful with pots and pans. This sink has a unique finish, too. It appears they first brush the stainless and then polish areas, mostly the bottom. That looks great, but be sure to purchase protector grids or you will be scratching that polished stainless. The polishing is also not done evenly resulting in polishing marks and swirls. In certain sight angles, especially in the bottom corners, the polishing marks can appear that the sink is dented. There is no doubt that the Kohler engineers need to go back to the drawing board on the installation clips. They are a really bad design. The clips have a tendency to fall out of their channel when inserting the sink into the counter, then are not easy to reach to tighten. Even with a deep socket, the stud is so long, I had to do the final tightening with a wrench. The outer sink flange was not flat with all four corners slightly lower. The center portions of all flange faces were then protruding above the counter about an 1/8 inch. It was impossible to tighten enough with those lovely clips to get the flange even. I tightened one until it popped off the channel. The gap was filled with clear silicone caulk. In summary, this is one of the nicest looking sinks out there, but Kohler needs to do some updates to make it an outstanding one.

Beautiful sink with one drawback - it scuffs and mars incredibly easy. If you want this as a 'show' sink, then purchase away. However, if you are like my family you will find the sink quickly looks beat up. All it takes is a metal pan hitting the side or the rim and boom! Nasty marks that cannot be repaired. On a functional note, I love the contour and the depth of this sink. It doesn't dent as easily as some thinner sinks. It does get old having to be so careful every time you use the sink. Kohler makes a good product and I don't think the problems I've described are particular to this brand or style. I believe it to be the nature of stainless steel sinks in general.

I bought this sink to replace a white sink in the kitchen. This stainless steel kitchen sink was not very expensive. I was very pleased to see the quality and upscale appearance of this sink. Since we have mostly stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, this sink fits in very well. Fast shipping and excellent packaging.

Title says it all. A beautiful sink. Very heavy compared to the piece of crap the builder installed. The bottom of the basins have a circular finish and the sides have a horizontal finish. Very sharp. I also bought the Kohlor Duostrainers, the Kohler stainless steel sink racks and the upgraded Kohler Duostrainer baskets. My plumber freaked out at the quality of all the pieces he was installing. Do your homework. Know how many holes you need with your sink and the correct part number for it. Amazons links and pages are misleading. I accidentally clicked on the link for a one hole sink and it showed a 4 hole sink and it was described as a 3 hole sink. I had to return that one and finally bought what I needed, a 4 hole sink. Otherwise, Amazon and Prime really does rock.
