This machine works great for the price. It helped me triple my quaintly of ice cream I make with it fast freezing time. Definitely would recommend there company they are willing to help with any problems you have. Fast response time when I had a question.

Fácil de usar, se requiere conexión a línea directa, si no baja el break por su potencia. Las primeras tandas salen rápido ya después tarda más de lo que marca, su capacidad no es mucha pero para iniciar en el mundo de los gelatos es bastante buena.

This ice cream machine is great for the price! I don’t think that anything better is out there for under $1000. It has a fair bit of noise and vibration, but it is getting me the volume of product that I need.The seller is also very responsive with troubleshooting and getting replacement parts. This was a good purchase, and it’s helping me on the path to start my own ice cream shop.

It is very good for the price. The ice cream size seems very small, but it handles 2-3kg of ice cream. I usually use it in 25 min, which is very well for my purposes. Looks very solid, and well design. The only complain I can make is the front square plastic piece is hard to remove and put it back when you change the flavour of the ice cream or clean the machine.Also, the seller is very responsive and easy to contact. My machine went back due to packing and they fix and resent very quickly.

Honest opinion.Great for the price; I make a batch in around 15 minutes, so it makes roughly 2-3 gallons per hour, which isn't bad considering I'm a small business making Caribbean-flavoured Water Ice (Like Italian Ice but with more flavour and real fruit added). The texture is a little creamier than what I got from my smaller Whynter machines; I don't like or dislike that it is just different, but I love that it automatically expels the product. The paddles go too fast for Italian water ice so that's where the creamier texture comes from, lots of air added to the product. I feel if you are making ice cream, the texture would be perfect. It does the job—it is a sound machine that works. I will eventually purchase a bigger, more expensive piece of equipment when my business scales up, but this does the trick for now.

the machine makes a good product. the chamber is small compared the HUGE size of the machine for other 2 qts freezers ive had. it does freeze about 2.5 its per batch... the description leads you to believe it freezes over a gallon at a time. That is the chamber size but you can only fill it a little over half way. BUT the description claims that it freezes up to 4 gallons per hour.. NOT TRUE! i waited to review until after we've had several runs through it. it takes about 35-40 min per batch and then you have to let it thaw a little between cycles... so in the endow might average 1 gal per hour. i do like that it has metal paddles where others are plastic and get brittle and break.

Bought this for my ice cream shop as we produce small batched premium ice cream and so far so good I must say I'm considering buying either a second machine or a bigger one just to reduce production time. the clean option could be a little better and the last of the ice cream is already melted and running at the end but its ok.

I have used this starting on my second season. Last year made over 500 litres of beautiful ice cream. Started it up this year and still working as new.. Features are limited compared to makers 4 times the price but that makes sense. So far very satified.

muy buen equipo para empezar a hacer helado de buena calidad. para lugares muy calurosos es ideal ya que el cilindro alcanza nuena temperatura. te ahorra trabajo. es pequeña pero muy funcional. te es suficiente para iniciar un negocio. y mantenerlo bien surtido. unico detalle es que la tapadera de policarbonato se ha estrellado. el fabricante me vendio una de repuesto. a este momento no he utilizado la nueva, decidi esperar a que se rompiera y usar la nueva. ha pasado ya un buen tiempo. se ha estrellado de otras partes pero no afecta el funcionamiento. asi que tengo tapa nueva esperando el momento de usarse. es buen producto. facil de usar. estoy muy satisfecho con la compra. ahora es tiempo de comprar una mas grande.
